    I was a part of this school in early 90's and according to me this school has helped me to groom myself the most. It had the best standard of English taught and spoken and Mrs Gulati makes sure a child receives overall personality development and exposure in games, extra curricular activities and of course studies. It has the best English teachers among st all the schools in Doon. For me this is the best school in Dehradun and really focuses on strengthening the basics of a child.The only teacher who did not deserve to be a part of this school was..and i am sorry to take her name since i still have very negative and bitter memories of her is Mrs Kuldeep Kaur who was geography teacher at that time. It's a shame how her attitude was towards young children,especially me. I remember she made me feel ashamed of being the prefect of my house and spoke in a very derogatory manner in front of the entire class for me. I am a grown up lady now. I know i was a kid at that time and teachers do get tough for our own interest but this lady was not worthy of becoming a teacher because she was a very bad influence on a child's mental state and confidence. It's a shame how sophisticated and well read she looked but her attitude towards students"at least" me has been extremely traumatizing that i still feel the intensity of it after 20-25 years. I wish i could tell her all of this in person but unfortunately can't get in touch with her. It's extremely important for teachers to be motivating rather than have a traumatizing effect on students school life.
