    This mandir was constructed under Pt. Ramchandraji, who lived in Dalanwala. We use to hear his conch shell blowing at 4.30 AM sharm and we grew up hearing that beautiful sound from our childhood. Swami Onkarnath Babaji visited this mandir in the year 1968.

    Pls let me clear this. St Mary's Convent used to be a co-ed, with boys in the Hostel till grade 5th. I still remember Sir Alfonso, who was very strict with the hostel boys. He taught maths to us (class 5th) and took care of hostel boys. This was year 1976 or 1977. Ever since I have graduated from this famous school, I have been searching for the same love, affection, quality of education but I have not found it anywhere. Even in Canada and US. I really miss my teachers and school mates. We have an alumni at www.stmarys-convent.com This is the only way we could get in touch with our school mates and teachers after 20 plus years ...
